Lao cai is larger province of Vietnam with more than 1 million people, has one small town near China with importance railways station to get around attractive tourist sites of north Vietnam as Sapa, BacHa and the main train route through Southwest of China to Quilin, and it has been play in transportation role of major linking route between Northwest and Northeast of Vietnam .
