Nguyen has spent almost ten years working in tourism, train and hospitality industry. As the founder and Managing Director of Active Indochina Travel which specializes in small luxury tours, Nguyen has brought his experience and dedication to the creation Of Sapa Train Ticket in an attempt to bring world wide passengers memorable experience to do cruising in the Indochina. He love cruising to the exotic destinations and can spend hours listening repeatedly to his some favourite songs.

Tham Pham

Reservation Manager

Tham Pham has been in the Travel Industry for just over 5 years.  She has spent her time working for Lao Aviation, Singapore Airlines and some airline industries until moving into the cruising & hospitality industry. A key member of the team, Tham Pham's experience ensures our customers receive first-hand knowledge of many holiday destinations and train experiences. Tham Pham is among the most experienced with train program contracts. That's why you have had many good deals with us!!

Tran Nguyet Thuy

(Train Specialist)

After completing her bachelor degree majoring in tourism at National University of Hanoi in 2006, Kat, her nick name, worked in a small tour company in Hanoi. Whilst working there she gained experience in the culture and traditions of the country and discovered she really wanted to pursue a career in the travel industry. Kat joins us with lots of enthusiasm and is already expanding her skill base under the training of the experienced team at Of Sapa Train Ticket. Thuy likes reading books on history and culture and taking macro photos of various flowers. 

Le Thu Hong

(Chief Accountant)

Hong joined Of Sapa Train Ticket in 2008 as Company Accountant. She has a BA in Auditing & Accounting. Her main expertise is working with tax department as well as dealing with hundreds of local service suppliers in the Indochina. Apart from this, Hong handles all our invoicing and bill payments as well as a myriad of other tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Hong likes listening to R&B music and coming back to her hometown whenever she has free time. She said she loves the quietness and peaceful beauty of rural countryside in Vietnam.

Vu Phuong Anh

( Operation Department)

Phuong joined Of Sapa Train Ticket in 2006 and she takes care of tour operation as well as customer service. Phuong Anh has become very popular with clients and suppliers alike and is especially known for her warm and personal service with those calling in, and for her genuine, welcoming smile for those who visit our Hanoi Operation Office. Phuong Anh likes traditional folk songs and more than that she loves the architecture of the old quarters of Hanoi City.
